Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all pallet liquidation sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.
Liquidation pallets, customer return pallets, shelf pull pallets, overstock inventory, and wholesale merchandise are sold on an “as-is” basis. Customers understand that pallet liquidation inventory may contain mixed conditions, including customer returns, open-box products, shelf pulls, refurbished items, or overstock merchandise. Wholesale Liquidation Experts does not guarantee exact product quantities, retail values, or individual item conditions within liquidation pallets.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review pallet descriptions, manifests, product details, and shipping information before placing wholesale pallet orders. If a shipment arrives severely damaged due to freight carrier handling, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged pallet and packaging.
Approved return requests or replacement considerations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs, freight charges, and handling fees are non-refundable unless an error was made by Wholesale Liquidation Experts.
